Trying to land on the right foot in the new week, and not ruffle any feathers? That’s me to a T. Celebrating staying positive and doing things right, with this great image of a Silver Gull in flight! Silver Gulls are smaller than the Pacific and Kelp Gulls, and much lighter in colour. They prefer to remain relatively close to land, rather than head out to sea, and are widely spread around the Australian seaboard. And while you may have had to fend them off your fish and chips, these cheeky scavengers are actually meant to be eating crustaceans, fresh fish, insects and worms!
